RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 10 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are free of charge. To request a return, simply contact our customer service at elenadelchio@gmail.com. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the product.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
14-Day European Union Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will automatically receive the refund within 10 business days, using your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
